Interior Design - Shortlisted Nominee

CoffeeLAB by GRANDEEZA, is a LAB of Coffee, indulge in heavenly delights that perfectly capture the warmth inside. It is a new vibe, a unique atmosphere for a sensational line up of beverages and food. A place to dive to a flavor-packed adventure of a private, cozy, and convenient setting. It is a space designed to gather, connect, enjoy, and live memorable moments. The conversion of an existing building, almost skeleton downed by the fire, to a British styled elegant coffee shop was the major challenge of the project. The focus of the remodeling was to carry out an intervention with a unique gesture that completely embraced the space. In facing this, the facade has been renovated only keeping the column grid of the old building. The new outer skin with large glazed windows, plastered walls, long dome canopies and decorated lamps create an expressive façade bringing the characteristics of a British style coffee shop. With these modifications to the outer layer, the next challenge was to make the CoffeeLAB interior more elegant and warmer, to welcome the customers pass by the busy main road.
